About Gregory Paley
Mr. Paley has more than 20 years of management, operational, and legal experience having worked in varying professional capacities for public companies, foreign governments, non-profit organizations, and privately held entities in the United States and abroad. Mr. Paley began his career in tax and accounting compliance as a Senior Consultant for Deloite and Touche, and subsequently worked with K.P.M.G. Prior to founding NewMedia Holdings, Inc., Mr. Paley was a principal in a boutique law firm with primary responsibility for managing client engagements domestically and internationally in a number of sophisticated and complex commercial transactions and dispute resolution cases in federal and state courts as well as in foreign jurisdictions and proceedings.
Mr. Paley served as Special Legal Counsel to the Honorable Kuniwo Nakamura, then Vice President of the Republic of Palau, as well as a Task Force Member on a Commission headed by Mr. Peter Pfund Special Adviser, Office of the Legal Advisor, US Department of State in Washington, D.C. Mr. Paley served as Chairman of an American Bar Association subcommittee of the Section on International Law and Practice and authored a 600-page legal treatise entitled, "The International Recognition and Enforcement of Money Judgments" which was published in 1994 by Business Laws, Inc. (now Thompson Legal).
Mr. Paley is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He earned a B.A. in Economics and a minor degree in Political Science from Whitman College and his Juris Doctor from the Seattle University School of Law.
